About the author
I have been a digital marketer for the last 15 years. Most of that career has been spent at B2B startups building marketing teams and driving growth. I was usually tasked with building company’s marketing department and marketing operations from the ground up. 3 of those startups have successfully exited. 2 were acquired (one by a multinational conglomerate and the other by a publicly traded company). The third startup conducted an IPO at a $4B valuation. I have consulted with founders of several other startups about their marketing activities and continue to do so today.
